DELIVERY

Signature required for delivery. Identification confirming the signee is above the legal age of majority in the province they reside in must be presented at time of delivery.

After placing an order, a tracking number will be provided via email. Deliveries will not occur on weekends or public holidays. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be held for pick-up at the delivery depot for three days.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are not available. Entry codes for building complexes must be provided with shipping address.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged, please take pictures before opening it and email them to ashley@beattiesdistillers.com. Include your name and order number. Damaged packages will be replaced using same delivery option as original order.
